The Mountain Loop Conservancy was formed in 1992 by a group of concerned citizens in Snohomish County, Washington. Formerly known as the Stillaguamish Citizens Alliance, we have worked towards helping people appreciate the unique environment in the area. We have made people aware of large scale developments that threaten the region. Through education and advocacy we hope to preserve this area for future generations.
